Biograd na Moru
Biograd na Moru is a city in northern Dalmatia located on the Adriatic Sea coast, overlooking the island of Pašman, on the road from Zadar to Šibenik. It is situated on a small peninsula surrounded by two little bays: Soline on south and Bošana on north; in front of it are the islands Planac and Sveta Katarina.
It is significant for being the former capital of the medieval Croatian Kingdom.
Tourism development began between the two world wars, and today it is a well-known tourist and nautical center in the middle of the Adriatic coast. A great geographical position near several National and Nature parks, a long tourism tradition and good tourist offers are good reasons to choose Biograd as a holiday destination.
Biograd has 2 modern marinas with about 1000 berths connected to water and electricity supply, enough room on land for servicing and maintenance of vessels, guarded parking for about 700 vehicles and other ancillary services.
